"Byron saved my car!

The computer and AC went out in my vehicle (no navigation system, no Bluetooth, no radio, no settings for AC, nothing worked). I took it to the dealer and was quoted $8,500 for the computer and $2,500 for the AC (needed an engine part). With a car only worth $15,000, it was hard to justify that fix. Got a second opinion, after three tries with different parts (and $1,000 later), they couldn’t fix it. Third mechanic, they wouldn’t even look at it when I told them the problem. I had resigned myself to needing to buy a new car. After three months, a friend referred Otis Automotive (specifically Byron) to me.

As a mobile service, Byron came to my home for diagnostics and was optimistic we could fix the computer. A few weeks later, I’m driving my car with a fixed computer (which also fixed the AC) and it’s good as new for less than $2,000 for parts and labor!! Not only that, but I was even able to upgrade the computer from the Lexus 2017 factory unit to one with Apple CarPlay so it’s even better than new!

I’m so grateful I didn’t end up with a new car payment and found someone honest and trustworthy to turn it around. I would recommend them 100 times over any other place I’ve ever been.
